This month called (SHA'BAAN) it is from the word (TASHAB) because the Arabs used to disperse at that month looking for water. It's the 8th month of the Islamic calendar and the month of Ramadan as we all know is the 8th month, so what are some of the (A'maal) that we should do in this month :
1. Fasting:
Usamah Bin Zaid (R.A), He saw Rasululah (S.A.W). And he said, I don't see you fasting any month as much as you fast in the month (SHA'BAAN). He said (S.A.W) that is, the month which people don't pay any attention to it , because it comes between (Ragab) and (Ramadan) and also he said : it's the month where the Deeds are taken up to Allah they are presented to Allah (S.W.T).
2. Conecting with The Family Members:
One Hadith that is authantic where Rasululah (S.A.W) said that : "Allah (S.W.T) will look down on the night of the middle of (SHA'BAAN) and forgive all his creation except (AMUSHRIK) and (MUSHA'HIN) and the person who have cut his relationship with his Muslim brother or sister".
We seek the forgiveness of Allah in this month. Allah forgives all the people on the night 15th of SHA'BAAN except a person who associate partners with Allah, but the second one we have a problem with that. The second one is (MUSHA'HIN). The person who isn't speak to his father to his mother and relatives, but also he had a problem with another Muslim. For the sake of Allah and for the sake of our actions to be forgiven for our sins to be forgiven and for the sake of our deeds to be lifted to Allah, because all our deeds are on hold until we fix this relationship. Just (Asalamo Alykom) if he or she replies (Alhamdullallah) if they don't reply you did your best, but you are doing it first for Allah second for yourself, because you want to be forgiven.
3. Delicate a lot of Time for the Quran:
They use to call the month (SHA'BAAN) the month of the recitors , because many of our recitors use to delecate a lot of time in (SHA'BAAN) to read a lot of Quran. They are preparing themselves for the month of Quran SHAR RAMADAN is SHARULQURAN.
