1. General Terms
● It is the student’s responsibility to select the number of monthly classes and class hours according to their learning goals.
● Students may request a teacher change at any time if necessary for better learning purposes.
● Students are strictly prohibited from discussing payment or sharing contact details directly with teachers. Any communication regarding fees or scheduling must go through the Azhar El-Quran Administration.
● Azhar El-Quran will not be held responsible for any loss, misunderstanding, or issue caused by direct communication between students and teachers.
● The institute reserves the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on the official website.
● Azhar El-Quran may adjust tuition fees with prior notice due to currency rate fluctuations or administrative reasons.
2. Registration & Fees
● Once a student decides to register for regular classes, the monthly fee must be paid in advance after the trial class.
● Students are required to renew their package before expiration to continue attending classes without interruption.
3. Number of Monthly Classes/Hours
● The number of classes and hours per month is agreed upon at the time of registration.

4. Renewal
● If your package has finished, you must renew it at least 2 hours before class to attend that session. Otherwise, you will be able to join from the next scheduled class.
● Renewal must be done through your student dashboard only to avoid any administrative errors.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
● You can cancel up to 25% of your total package only.
● Rescheduling is allowed within the same month of the current package, except on official holidays.
● For both cancellation or rescheduling, you must inform the administration at least 2 hours before class time.
6. Absence Policy
● If a student is absent, the class will be counted. The teacher will wait for half of the class duration, after which the class will be marked as absent.
● If the teacher is absent, the class will be rescheduled at another suitable time.
● There are no refunds for missed classes. However, makeup classes may be arranged if the student provided prior notice.
7. Refund Policy
A refund is possible only in the following cases:
● No suitable teacher is available.
● The student withdraws before the course begins.
● The student cannot continue with an acceptable and verified reason, as determined by the administration.
8. Privacy Policy
● Azhar El-Quran is committed to protecting the privacy of all students and teachers.
● Personal data shared with the academy is treated as confidential and will not be shared, copied, or used outside the institution.
● All official communications must occur via the official email or WhatsApp provided by the academy.
● Students are not allowed to study or conduct lessons with their teachers outside the official academy platform.
